A Korean moisturising cream with ceramides for a comfortable skin barrier
The formula brings together three families of ingredients:
- Surface lipids: five ceramides (NP, NS, EOP, AP, AS), cholesterol, phytosphingosine, palmitic and stearic acids and shea butter. This blend imitates the natural “cement” that binds the cells of the epidermis and limits water loss.
- Humectants: glycerin, hyaluronic acid in three forms and beta-glucan hold water in the superficial layers.
- Comfort: panthenol and allantoin soften rough areas; sea water (Maris Aqua) and Irish moss extract complete the whole.
Light silicones explain the soft, non-sticky finish, which takes make-up well. What you can expect: skin that is suppler to the touch, fewer dry patches and comfort that lasts through the day.
How to use it
Apply the cream as the last skincare step, after the serum. Take the equivalent of an almond, spread it over the forehead, cheeks, chin and neck, then pat with the fingertips until absorbed. It is used in the morning under sunscreen as well as in the evening.
In the depths of winter, a more generous layer at night acts as a night mask.
Which skin is it for?
It is designed for dry, dehydrated or sensitised skin, and for periods when the skin is weakened by cold or by powerful actives. Combination skin will appreciate it in winter, or only on the cheeks.
