Where orders ship from, and how fast

Orders are prepared within 48 working hours, from our stock in Nîmes or from our logistics partner in Spain depending on the reference. Then count 1 to 3 working days in transit for France and 2 to 5 working days for the rest of Europe; delivery times for other destinations are shown at checkout. Shipping costs currently are €2.50 for France, €5.90 for the European Union, €9 for the United Kingdom and €14.90 for the rest of the world; shipping within the EU is free from €49. Returns and guarantees

You have 14 days from receipt to return an unopened, unsealed item by post, return costs being at your expense; the refund is made to the original payment method. A damaged or lost parcel is replaced or fully refunded. The exact terms are in the return policy. The reviews published on product pages are collected after purchase by Société des Avis Garantis, an independent third party.
