A fluid ampoule that spreads in an instant and leaves a slight tingling under the fingers. That is the formula's micro-spicules making themselves felt. Keep it for the evening, on cleansed skin, when the texture looks thick and the pores look pronounced on the nose and cheeks.

A pore serum with spicules, exosomes and gentle acids

The formula combines several families of ingredients, each with a specific role:

  • Micro-spicules (Hydrolyzed Sponge): tiny needles derived from sponge, which produce a micro-exfoliating effect and that passing tingle. They refine the look of skin texture.
  • Lactobacillus exosomes (Lactobacillus Extracellular Vesicles): presented by the brand as the star ingredient, these are vesicles derived from a lactic bacterium. Data on their action when applied to the skin remain thin: think of them as a comfort ingredient.
  • Niacinamide: valued for the look of pores, shine and an even complexion.
  • Betaine salicylate, gluconolactone, citric acid: gentle exfoliation, of the BHA, PHA and AHA type, placed at the end of the list.
  • Panthenol and adenosine: hydration and comfort.

What you can expect: skin that feels smoother and pores that look less visible, with a clean finish and no sticky film.

How to use it

In the evening, after cleansing and toner, apply a moderate amount over the whole face, avoiding the eye area and the lips. Pat or massage lightly until absorbed, then apply your moisturiser. Start with two or three evenings a week to get your skin used to it, then adjust according to how it feels. On the same evening, avoid retinol, another acid exfoliant or a scrub with grains. The next morning, sun protection is a must, as acids make the skin more sensitive to the sun.

Which skin it suits

It is intended for combination to oily skin, enlarged pores, blackheads and uneven texture. Normal skin can use it from time to time to smooth its texture. It is not suitable for broken skin, very reactive skin, skin during an inflammatory flare-up or freshly waxed skin. If the tingling bothers you, choose a product without spicules from the perfect complexion and pores selection, or browse the Medicube range.

Frequently asked questions

What is the difference from the Zero Pore One Day serum?

Zero Pore relies on a high dose of acids, with no spicules. The Exosome Shot relies on spicules and exosomes, with acids in small amounts.

Is the tingling normal?

Yes, a tingling sensation lasting a few minutes is typical of products with spicules. Burning or redness that lasts is not: rinse and take a break.

Can I use it in the morning?

The evening is preferable, as the brand recommends. If you use it in the morning, sun protection becomes essential.

Can it be combined with vitamin C?

Yes, at different times: a vitamin C serum in the morning, the ampoule in the evening.

How long does a bottle last?

Used a few evenings a week, a 30 ml bottle lasts several weeks, depending on the amount applied.

For smoother skin and less noticeable pores, it has its place in your evening routine, two or three times a week.
