Niche Emarati Perfumes gathers six Emirati eaux de parfum in heavy, lacquered, gilded bottles, sold in 80 and 100 ml. The range reads in two halves: dense woody ambers on one side, much lighter musky florals on the other.

How to choose among the six

• Antique 100 ml — the darkest of the selection: woods, resins and amber, a long hold and a frank trail. For evenings and the cold season.
• Al Dana 100 ml — powdery musky floral, luminous, worn by day as in the evening. The most consensual of the lot.
• Khalid 80 ml — spicy woody, masculine, with a fresher top that softens the start.
• Hayaam 100 ml — fruity vanilla, more gourmand, the most accessible if you are discovering Gulf perfumery.

80 or 100 ml: what changes

The 80 ml bottles (Khalid, Toleen) are more compact and portable. The 100 ml bottles are dressing-table bottles, thick and heavy, with a magnetic cap on several references. Concentration does not depend on the format: all six juices are eaux de parfum.

Hold and application

Count two sprays, no more: these compositions are rich and rise quickly. Apply on clean skin, without rubbing your wrists together, which breaks the top notes. On clothing, the amber or musky base stays perceptible from one day to the next.
