Lail Malaki, literally "the royal night", is offered by Lattafa in 100 ml. The name points to evening use, which the dark dressing of the bottle confirms — and the construction of the perfume proves it right.

How it develops

The opening is unusual: pineapple brings a juicy acidity, immediately tightened by aldehydes that give that sparkling, almost soapy effect of classic perfumes. Cinnamon warms the whole from the first minutes and keeps the start from being merely fruity.

The heart tips to a frank floral duo, rose and jasmine, which settles the most classic part of the perfume. Then sandalwood and amber close everything on a warm, milky base, the one that stays on clothes the next day.

For whom, when

A floral oriental profile, rather feminine but wearable unisex by those who like ambers. It gives its best from late afternoon and during the cold season: in full heat, the cinnamon-amber pairing quickly becomes dense. Two sprays are enough.
