Timeframe for Submitting a Return Request

You have 2 weeks from the date of receipt of your order to submit a return request.

Timeframe for Returning the Product

Once your return request is approved, you will have 1 week to return the product.

Return Conditions

Returns are accepted in the following situations:

  1. Defective Product: If the product received is defective, it can be returned after verification. In this case, the return shipping costs will be covered by us.
  2. Unopened Product (Blister): The product must be returned in its original, unopened, and undamaged packaging. In this case, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer.

Return Procedure

  1. Submitting a Return Request: Contact our customer service by email at contact@parfum-dubai-store.com within 2 weeks of receiving your order.
  2. Obtaining a Return Authorization: After your request has been approved, you will receive a return authorization along with instructions for returning the product.
  3. Shipping the Product: Carefully pack the product in its original packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and documents. Ship it to the address provided in the return instructions within 1 week of receiving authorization.

Return shipping costs

  • Defective Product: Return shipping costs will be covered by Parfum Dubai.
  • Unopened product: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund

After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will inform you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within one week.
