What we sell

The catalogue counts close to 1,000 references: eaux de parfum, extraits, mists, musks and incense from the houses Lattafa, Maison Alhambra, Afnan, Armaf, Swiss Arabian, Ard Al Zaafaran, Fragrance World or Arabian Oud, as well as a selection of Korean skincare (Anua, Beauty of Joseon, COSRX, Skin1004). Every bottle is sold new, sealed, in its original box, with its ingredient list (INCI) published on the product page. No product is repackaged or sold as "inspired by".

Where orders ship from, and how fast

Orders are prepared within 48 working hours, from our stock in Nîmes or from our logistics partner in Spain depending on the reference. Then count 1 to 3 working days in transit for France and 2 to 5 working days for the rest of Europe; delivery times for other destinations are shown at checkout. Shipping costs currently are €2.50 for France, €5.90 for the European Union, €9 for the United Kingdom and €14.90 for the rest of the world; shipping within the EU is free from €49. Returns and guarantees

You have 14 days from receipt to return an unopened, unsealed item by post, return costs being at your expense; the refund is made to the original payment method. A damaged or lost parcel is replaced or fully refunded. The exact terms are in the return policy. The reviews published on product pages are collected after purchase by Société des Avis Garantis, an independent third party.

What happens if my perfume is damaged in transit or never arrives?

Let us know at contact@parfum-dubai-store.com with a photo of the parcel and the product. A damaged item or a lost parcel is replaced or fully refunded, at no cost to you.

How do you make sure perfumes keep their quality during shipping?

Bottles travel in their original box, wedged in packaging designed for fragile goods, and leave within 48 business hours. Time in transit is short (1 to 3 business days in France, 2 to 5 elsewhere in Europe), which limits exposure to temperature changes.

Are the perfumes suitable for all skin types?

Our range includes perfumes suited to different skin types. We still recommend testing a perfume on a small area of skin before regular use, especially if you have sensitive skin.
