Oud Mood is one of the RP Paris textile sprays, designed for linens, rugs and curtains. As its name suggests, it works the oud register — woody, smoky, resinous — the very one traditionally sought by burning bakhour, but without smoke or embers.
Why a textile spray rather than bakhour
Bakhour scents through combustion: it takes a charcoal, a few minutes of supervision, and the smell settles everywhere at once. A textile spray does the opposite — it deposits the fragrance where you want it, with no smoke, no residue and no risk of burns. It is the practical solution for an apartment, an office or a car.
How to use it
One to two presses per square meter of fabric, from 20-30 cm away.
On curtains and sheers, it is the best surface: the light fabric re-diffuses at the slightest draft.
On a rug, spray against the light to see the mist and avoid saturating one area.
In a wardrobe, one press on the lining of a garment holds for several days.
A preliminary test on a hidden area is recommended. Avoid on silk, light velvet and leather. Not for use on skin: it is not an eau de parfum and the formula is not designed for that.
