Why white musk suits a car

A car interior is a very small, poorly ventilated volume where you sit for a long time. A strong fragrance — heavy vanilla, oud, sweet fruity notes — quickly becomes stifling there, especially in hot weather, and can even cause discomfort on a long drive.

White musk answers exactly the opposite problem. It is a discreet, linear register that does not build in strength as the temperature rises and that you stop noticing after a few minutes — which is precisely the point. It masks cabin odors without replacing them with something more overwhelming.

How to adjust the diffusion

The heat of the airflow activates the diffusion: it is stronger with a warm engine and the ventilation on, more discreet when stopped.
To tone it down, clip the diffuser onto a side vent rather than a central one, or point the vent toward the windshield.
In summer, remove it from its holder when the car is left in the sun: the heat of a closed cabin drains the bottle within a few days.
Do not let it roll loose in the cabin, and keep it out of reach of children.
